VISA AND PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
All nationalities entering Ireland must have a valid passport, or in the case of European Union Member States, a national identity card. Visitors are advised to check what form of ID is required by their airline carrier before travelling. Some airlines within Europe will only accept passport identification.

Letter of invitation
Please plan your trip early! Please allow up to 8 weeks to process a visa application. Register and pay the registration fees in full and request an invitation letter by email to email@example.com. Under no circumstances will an invitation letter be issued for those who have not paid their registration fees in full. When you request an invitation letter, you must provide the following information:
1. Your full postal address in English
2. Your name on your passport
3. Your date of birth
4. Your passport number
For those whose abstracts are accepted, please also provide the information of your abstract number and abstract title.
